Effective Education

There is SO MUCH misinformation in the health and wellness industry. It seems like every Google search yields different results.

- "Some fat is good, but avoid it if you can."
- "Actually you're not eating enough fat..."
It's enough to drive anyone crazy. I'll share with you the secrets to real wellbeingness other's don't want you to know.

Accountability

Real Results

Many clients ask if they can really see results in just 5 short days. YESYou can start to see results in that short of time. The key to lasting change though, is consistency

Day 0: Welcome and Commitment

Traci Fisher

I have been exactly where you are. I know what it is like to be overweight as a leader. I started my career at West Point overweight. I struggled with maintaining my weight and strength throughout my career. I dreaded the weigh-ins and the physical fitness tests. I know what it is like to have the time to work out and look the part, but feel totally overwhelmed and stressed trying to balance work and home.
When I realized how important the fitness piece was to health, I made that my new career. I helped people use movement to become healthier. That is when I noticed that being strong didn’t always equate to having healthy body composition. I had clients who were very strong, but were still carrying around excess weight. So, I dove into the nutrition piece and learned exactly what helps people lose the body fat. Once I learned that, I realized that even with the exact protocol in terms of fitness and nutrition, not everyone would follow the plan. So, that took me back to the drawing board and I learned about decision making and motivation and willpower and how all of that can seem very complicated and messy, but, given the right framework and approach and space to learn-it really isn’t. So, after years of working with clients on all three of those levels- mental, emotional and physical pieces, I created a model that takes the “complicated” process of losing weight and fames it in a way that is based in science, understandable and immediately applicable.
