MEET YOUR GUIDE
I started learning about health and leadership at the United States Military Academy at West Point. I played on the Women's Soccer Team and was commissioned as an Aviation Officer in 1991. I served in the Army as a helicopter pilot and quickly learned the value of integrating the science of flight with the art of flying.
Flying is an art and a science.
Much like life. And leadership.
It took me another 20 years to understand the relationship between leadership and self-leadership. And I'm still learning. I'm learning with the same process I share with other leaders.
And it works.
I've combined neuroscience, performance science, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral psychology into one concise platform.
And I'd love to share it with you.
(And, it is just a chat. I'll only share details on how we could work together if it's a fit.)
