MEET YOUR GUIDE
I first began studying leadership and human performance at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where I played on the Womenâs Soccer Team and was commissioned as an Aviation Officer in 1991. As a helicopter pilot, I quickly learned the value of integrating the science of flight with the art of flying.
Flying is both precision and intuition.
Structure and responsiveness.
An art and a science.
Much like life. And leadership.
What took me longer to learnânearly two decades, in factâwas that all leadership begins with self-leadership. You can know the mechanics. You can master the playbook. But until you know how to lead your own mind, emotions, and energy, you're flying on autopilot.
That realization changed everything. And it continues to shape how I live, lead, and coach today.
What I teach now is the system I wish I had thenâa blend of neuroscience, performance science, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral techniques brought together in one clear, usable framework.
Iâd love to share it with you.
