What I mean by this is that in order to make sure that our healthy actions stay consistent we have to literally make them natural habits. A natural habit is one that we do naturally, not because we have to or because we are motivated to. It is something we do, just because it is who we are. This is absolutely essential if we want to sustain change.

The concepts are extremely simple. But simple does not mean easy. Learning how to manage our thoughts and thus, our emotions, can be an uncomfortable experience. But, once we learn this meta-skill, then we can use it in service to ANY goal we want to achieve.
This is where we go beyond change and actually become it.
