As a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and a Wellcoaches nationally certified health and wellness coach, Traci created the Wellbeingness Model® specifically to take leaders through a scientifically based, concise, and clear process that works for the long term.

Knowledge isn't power, but it is an important part of it. You need the right information to design a plan and make the right choices. It isn't as complicated as the media makes it seem. Learn how to focus your action in three strategic areas and determine your exact formula to teach your body how to use fat for fuel and create your ideal physical health.(Days 5&6)
Sometimes we eat when we aren't physically hungry. Learn how to use your mental & emotional hunger in service to your goals, instead of against them. There is a process your body goes through to metabolize fat for energy, and there is also a process to garner mental & emotional energy. Discover how to use your brain as a tool and organize your mind to sustain change for good.(Days 7&8)
The process of losing weight can get really uncomfortable, both physically and mentally. The good news is that this means your brain is doing its job. Learn how to approach this process with confidence and courage. It isn't about motivation or discipline. It's about understanding your brain & body and using tools to be purposefully mindful when it counts ~ especially when it gets uncomfortable.(Days 9 &10)
