Meet Your Coach, Traci Fisher

Traci Fisher is the CEO of The Wellness Coach. She has been helping leaders connect and align their health with leadership performance for over 15 years.

Traci began learning about health and leadership at the United States Military Academy and as a helicopter pilot in the US Army. Traci understands how high pressures, demanding roles and competing interests can take their toll on personal health. She is on a mission to help leaders manifest their optimal health, energy and performance. Traci is certified both as a Health and Wellness Coach and in fitness, with specialities in corrective exercise and golf fitness. She created the Wellbeingness® Model specifically to take leaders through a scientifically based, concise and clear process to develop both mindset and heath. Traci has combined leadership and wellness to give teams a new approach to health, leadership and outstanding personal, professional and organizational performance.

All services and programs can occur in person, on or off site. We also offer telephonic and video conferencing as well as online courses. We also have the ability to record sessions for online viewing. We can combine programs and services to serve individual, team and organizational goals.

Yes. We can create white page online courses to integrate with your platform or stand-alone. Programs or courses can serve as a source for off-site team members or complement and enhance coaching & training sessions. Regardless, they all serve to and deepen your understanding of the material covered.

We can combine private with group sessions or keep sessions in a group setting with online support.The model and methodology that we utilize provides a powerful platform for team work. The group works together on broader topics and then works privately on their own or with a coach .
