Meditation for Leaders


I recorded this morning meditation as part of a daily practice for leaders who wanted to start the day with clarity and presence and to approach the day intentionally. This meditation is a ritual to practice daily in the morning to ground yourself in what is most important to you. Caution-it is extremely powerful! And by "it" I mean the practice of taking the time to set your intention. There are many ways to do this daily-this meditation is just one of them.

Use it to maintain focus so that you can make choices and have interactions with others that are in service to both your professional and personal goals.  And, even more, important than achieving those goals and performing at your optimal level-the experience, or the in-sperience of your life will be one of thriving versus surviving!
